How does remote support work?›
You download a small, secure screen-sharing app (AnyDesk or TeamViewer), share a one-time code with me, and I fix the issue while you watch. You stay in control the whole time and can end the session with one click.
What if you can’t fix my problem?›
Then you don’t pay. Simple as that. If a fix isn’t possible (like failed hardware that needs replacement parts), I’ll tell you honestly and point you in the right direction.
Do you come to my home or office?›
Yes — I do on-site visits throughout the Brickell area, including Downtown Miami, Brickell Key, Edgewater, and Coconut Grove. For anything software-related, remote support is usually even faster.
