Pricing

Flat rates. Agreed before I start.

No hourly meter, no surprise invoice, no call-out fee on top. You get the number first, and it doesn't move because the job took longer than expected. Curious how that compares to a national chain? See it side by side.

Hardware and parts are separate. If your job needs a router, an SSD, a mount or a cable, I'll tell you the exact cost and you approve it before I buy anything. I don't mark parts up to pad the bill.

How to pay

Payment is due when the job is finished, never up front. No deposit on standard jobs, and nothing is charged if I can't fix the problem.

  • Visa · Mastercard · Amex
  • Zelle
  • Cash App
  • Venmo
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Cash

Card payments run through Square, so your card details never touch my phone or laptop. Monthly plans are billed by card and can be cancelled any time. Offices can be invoiced on net-15 terms instead.

Pricing questions

The fine print, in plain English

Do you charge a call-out fee on top?

No. The $129 on-site price includes getting to you anywhere in the Brickell service area. There's no separate trip charge and no fuel surcharge.

What if it needs a second visit?

If it's the same problem I came out for, the follow-up is included. You're paying for the fix, not for my time.

What if you can't fix it?

Then you don't pay. That's what "no fix, no fee" means. If the honest answer is that a machine isn't worth repairing, I'll tell you that and help you decide what to buy instead, no charge for the opinion.

Can one visit cover several problems?

Usually yes. If you have a slow laptop, a printer that won't connect and a smart speaker that's dropped off the network, that's one $129 visit as long as it fits the appointment. I'll tell you honestly if it's going to need more.

Is the Concierge plan worth it?

It's worth it if you'd otherwise call two or more times a year, or if you'd rather not think about updates and backups at all. One included visit plus unlimited remote support covers most households comfortably. If you only ever have one problem, pay per job instead. I'll say so.

How do I pay?

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle or cash, paid when the work is done. Monthly plans are billed by card and cancel any time. No contract, no notice period.

Not sure which one you need?

Describe the problem and I'll tell you whether it's a remote fix, a visit, or something you can sort out yourself in five minutes.
