Tell me what's wrong

Plain English is fine, you don't need to know what it's called. I'll come back with a flat price and the earliest slot I have, usually within a few minutes. I'm available 24/7.

Request a booking

The more you tell me, the more accurate the flat price I send back. Only the starred fields are required. No payment now, and nothing is booked until I confirm the time with you.

1  ·  What you need

Pick the closest option and I'll sort out the details.

A sentence or two is plenty. It helps me quote accurately.

A picture of the error screen, the back of your router, or the model sticker often saves a whole round of questions.

2  ·  A few details about the problem

Worth flagging: I don't do wall mounting. If the TV needs to go on the wall, get a handyman for the bracket and I'll handle everything after that.

If you've given someone remote access, shared card details, or money has moved, call me instead of using this form. (786) 883-5208 — that's time-sensitive and I'll drop what I'm doing.

Pick a job above and I'll ask the few questions that actually matter for it. If you're not sure, just describe it in your own words and I'll work it out.

3  ·  Where and when

I need this to confirm I can get to you today.

If it's yes, I'll send the paperwork to management before I come so you're not sorting it out in the lobby.

4  ·  How to reach you

What should I call you?

A 10-digit US number, so I can confirm your slot.

That address doesn't look right. Check for a typo.

No payment taken. I reply with a flat price. Draft saved

Your details are only used to reply about this job. No mailing list, never shared.

Before you book

Two things worth knowing

Does my building need paperwork before you visit?

Some Brickell towers require vendors to be on an approved list or to send a certificate of insurance to management first. Tell me your building when you book and I'll handle that in advance so you're not sorting it out in the lobby.

Can this be fixed remotely instead?

Often, yes, and it's cheaper and faster if so. Software, email, printer and account problems usually don't need anyone to travel. Describe the issue and I'll tell you honestly which one it is.
